Pola Jewellery makes worldwide shipments.
🌍 Shipping
Shipping within Spain is free.
We offer free shipping for orders over 100 € within the EU (including the UK, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, and San Marino).
Orders to Switzerland, the USA, and Canada have a flat shipping fee of 10 €, regardless of the order total.
Shipping to all other countries costs 20 €.
You can check the final shipping cost at checkout by entering your delivery address.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details. If you notice any errors in your delivery information, please contact us immediately at: info@polaunique.com
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), excluding made-to-order items.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:
– Spain: 2–3 working days
– European Union: 2–5 working days
– USA, Canada, Switzerland: 2–5 working days
– Rest of the world: 5–10 working days
Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Note: Pola Jewellery is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our studio.
Customs duties or taxes may apply to international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.
💎 Secure Shipping for High-Value Orders
For high-value pieces — such as those made in solid gold or with diamonds — we ship exclusively via insured and tracked express couriers (e.g., DHL Express).
These shipments may include a shipping surcharge of 20–40 €, depending on destination, which covers full-value insurance and premium handling. The exact cost will appear at checkout or will be confirmed before finalizing the order.
In case of damage or loss in transit, we will manage the claim directly with the shipping provider.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed.
To request a return, contact us at info@polaunique.com and we’ll send you the return instructions and address.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, once the returned item is received and verified.
– Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
– Be unused and in original condition
– Be returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
🛠️ Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Some pieces — like the AMOR Ring — are made to order and customized by size or finish. These items are non-returnable, as defined in Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
If you need help choosing your size before placing the order, we’ll be happy to assist you.
